More FPGA power

Some good news on the FPGA front: First, we found a supplier for the upcoming Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC, and we should be able to get a demo unit by the end of the year. Second, we found a way to couple it with a Kintex UltraScale XCKU040, which will give us an extra 1,920 DSP slices. Third, we got confirmation that such a setup could support dynamic configuration on the fly, which means that filters and effects could be loaded dynamically.
