First Digital Submodule

In order to keep things as simple as possible, our first submodule should be implemented using another XMOS microcontroller. This will flatten our learning curve, since we’re going to learn its architecture for the core system anyway. In order to get as much horsepower as possible, we will use the 16-core XS1-L16A-128.
