New Faceplate

Here is the new faceplate for our radical new design. Gone is the iPod Touch, the two spinners, the audio out, the home button’s hole, the front-facing camera’s peephole, and many unnecessary labels. In are 24 more knobs, replacing soft knobs by hard ones, thereby removing the need for complex digital signal rounting. The USB 2.0 port has been replaced by a USB 3.1 Type-C version, which is a lot smaller. I don’t know about you, but I really like this new approach.

    • The audio out that I was talking about was the stereo audio out that came from the built-in iPod Touch. But you still get the 48 3.5mm jacks, which can all be used as analog output.
